In 1995, the Golden Palace School, under the management of Narges Hosseini Zad (Hazrati), started a specialized activity in the field of skin and beauty. Due to the great weakness of the law among hairdressers in Iran and the lack of a reliable reference for beauty disciplines, Narges Hosseini Zad established the Khojasteh school in 2001. All teaching chapters were arranged according to the academies of Europe and America. Thus, Khojasteh School became the center of Iranian make-up. Since 2005, this academy, called Hazrati Academy, has continued its activities until today.
Creating a hairdresser’s strand with a light shadow technique
The legal weakness in the field of cosmetic care was fixed by Narges Hosseinizad in 2005 by creating a hairdressing field with a light shadow technique. The world of beauty education has completely changed this year. Also, by writing the book Hairdresser with the Light Shadow Technique, the first official and legal reference of beauty care disciplines in Iran was created.
Unfortunately, some profiteers have distorted the contents of the book by copying the contents of the hairdresser’s book with the light shadow technique and destroyed the reference of Technical and Vocational Organization’s Exams.

Development of job standards /theft of works by profiteers
With the efforts of the founder of Hazrati Academy, a comprehensive plan of beauty standards for men and women was developed with 7200 hours of continuous research activity. Colleagues: Ms. Azar Namvar, Roya Teymouri and Mr. Alireza Kamali.

Iran’s first tattoo academy and presentation of original and counterfeit product designs
Since 1990, Shadow light Hazrati Academy has been conducting academic trainings in the field of tattoos in a completely professional manner and based on the method of Elenora School in Switzerland. In 2013, as the first school in the field of face tattoos or permanent makeup under the supervision of the country’s technical and vocational education organization, it is engaged in specialized activities and training.

The design of the original and counterfeit products and the writing of the sales engineering standards of the cosmetic products have been done by this academy. A joint memorandum of understanding has been signed between the union of health cosmetics sellers and the technical and vocational education organization with the executive of the Hazrati Academy in Tehran and Kermanshah. In this way, each seller is a consultant in the field of health cosmetics. In this case, it can guide the applicants properly and prevent the supply of counterfeit and harmful products. It should be noted that 300 shopkeepers and importers have participated in these courses.
